The Spaceman
I have a feeling the biggest halloween costume of the year is going to be Brandon Flowers Outfit from the music video “Spaceman.”
I have previously stated that I love that video.
AND more so I have commented on this more than rad costume. Which someday even I (a 5′ tall girl) would love to own.
I really think that it has everything to do with the shoulder pads. Or as we should call them… rad pads :)
But why I really think that This is going on is because I get at least 30 searches a week on this page of “brandon flowers spaceman”… or “brandon flowers spaceman costume”
which I find very awesome. I emplore you if you dress like this at any time PLEASE send me a picture! I will put them all over here.

I have an issue. I don’t believe in the new trend of organics.
I believe everything that comes from the earth is inherently organic. So some aspect of a tomato is organic, some aspect of cotton is always organic.
What I really don’t get is paying like $7.00 for a small bags of oranges.. because they claim they are organic. (read all the stickers on them… they are not all organic)

PINK CARPET: that is preferably badly vacuumed.

This may be scandelous due to my previous Blink 182 beliefs. But I will also say this… I only listen to songs that Mark sings… because I still dislike Tom’s voice, and all that is thereto involved with all his foolishness.
And it’s really only these songs:

“Feeling this”-which has a lot of Tom.

Favorite things: Wells Fargo in Azusa
I have really always loved this bank.
Not just because i use wells fargo. But because this building has always been one of my favorites in the area I live. I know it’s not the Sears Tower or the Chrysler building… nor was it designed by Franky G, or Santiago C.
But we don’t have those kind of things in the San Gabriel Valley. We have small to medium rise Art Deco buildings… we have farm houses… and we like them. To me there is nothing like the cool deliciousness of the interior of this building (not pictured due to incredible illegalness.) The floor is this dazzling terrazo and all the columns are crafted from beautful marble.
To be a part of the architectural world when there wasn’t leed… must have been marvelous and wasteful.

Bohemian Like you
I have gone on for 23 years of my life being called eccentric, weird, and comical (at least the things people say to me).
But I’ve never been affirmed into any such group or click.
In the last week 2 people have labeled me…. And I find it fascinating. I mean to a label-less person… I feel like I moderately know how I am percieved by the general public.
I was first called an indie kid.
which is cool, because i do like indie things… they are nice:
and then I was called bohemian… and i was told that i reminded people of fruit… which is also nice.
I like fruit… so long as it is not in a corcnocopia.
I don’t really know what this label means but I have an opinion.
I feel very scared about being easily grouped.
but I would like to know from people who really know me? Am I these things? Is this what my alternative rock, brown hair and bangs, and black plastic glasses have lead to? Am I so easily labeled? Do I remind you of fruit? Is that the reason I want a sweater vest?

Batman from Accounting
There is a man on facebook who has started a petition to his wife to name his child Batman.
Some may think this is cruel… but think of the possibilities. Naming your child Batman could be the best thing you could do for him. He can wear a cape at all time with no explanation needed.
He could be a fire fighter or a ballerina, or any thing he darn well wants to be… we have an idea though:
The possibilities for his sweet awesomness could be endless

The Beach is for frolicking
Sometimes its so warm that Eric has to get his beach on.
Sometimes he does this in the company of beautiful Oprah’s. But sometimes Oprah’s diva like requests get in the way. Like for example not touching sand:
Eric’s back hurt for 12 consecutive days… and he missed “Lady Fest 2009″ because of this. And a note to Oprah sitting on this particular Eric is a little like that scene from Bruno….

The couch is what I crave
Okay so today I visited my couch.
And as all my friends know I do not own a house/nor apartment to place this luscious little number.
Otherwise it would be mine.
I met my future couch in downtown Orange about 3 weeks ago. It’s orange and shiny, and oh so modern. It makes me wish I had a place for it.
